Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your order, we will do everything in our power to assist you before the order ships. In some cases we can't stop or change your order once you place it.

Return Policy We now offer 'hassle free' returns with no restocking fee for any item that is returned in 'original condition' within 14 days of the date the item was delivered to you.
All products returned MUST: be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Items that are returned in 'used' condition will not be given a credit/refund. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs related to returning the unwanted item.
Special order items are not returnable.

Georgia Watersports, LLC strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Damaged Package Policy If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery.
If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Georgia Watersports, LLC to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Georgia Watersports, LLC immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged merchandise.
If you do not notify Georgia Watersports, LLC of damaged goods within the first 3 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.
