Engine: 2011 Yamaha F90 4 stroke Shopping experience: Overall experience was good. I was able to identify the part from the schematics and Crowley Marine answering a question on the length of the cable. Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: Engine would just click when trying to start. I had to route the new cable from the battery box on the pontoon through the cutouts to the engine. Once at the engine I had to remove a compression plate and remove the old cable through the rubber grommet. I disconnected the negative and positive cables, loosened a cable clamp and removed the old cable. I fed the new cable through the rubber grommet pushing through the positive first then the negative cable. Then basically installed the new cable reversing the removal.
