Online catalog and diagrams good. Ordering good Parts fitment accurate and good Communication via email - poor nonexistent Order fulfillment time - poor Motor working to spec again.

Engine: yamaha 25hp Shopping experience: Was able to get 2 day shipping on a shift boot replacement that was leaking water into my lower unit. ordered on sunday shipped on monday delivered wednesday. this allowed us not to miss our hunting trip. thanks Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: water in lower hnit When getting ready to leave out to hunt from boat i noticed lower unit oil leaking from water vent plugs. grounding/bonding wire rusted into and cut the shift boot and was allowing water in my lower unit. I was able to order the part and get it delivered in 2 days which allowed us to get our thanksgiving hunt in. I’ll be honest i was skeptical ordering on a sunday and it getting delivered by wednesday during thanksgiving week. However, they were able to get my order shipped early monday and i believe this helped immensely on my having the parts i needed by wednesday. Thanks!
