Crowley had all the parts I needed to rebuild the carbureator on my small Suzuki 2.5 hp dingy outboard. Their parts support with the exploded diagrams linked to the engine seriel number made finding the parts straightforward. Shipping was fast. Parts were all factory marked, factory replacement parts. Individually enveloped. Overall I would recommend Crowley and will use again for my boating parts .

Shopping experience: Quite a pleasant experience. I like being able to get OEM parts, so that's always a cudo in my book. However, with this recent order, I realized after submitting that I had a couple more items needed?! Not a problem, I had a link in my purchase email to contact the team and they responded promptly to call in and they would get added to my original order with no additional ship charges.
