Shopping experience: Crowley was never able to obtain the propeller that I order in over 10 months, It is not their fault as they could not get it from the manufacturer. However, they did not do a good job of keeping me informed, I had to query them each time, until it was finally cancelled. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
Shopping experience: Sometimes they have to obtain an item that is out of stock--bit of a bummer. Their communications are excellent and you can't beat their shipping charge!! I have already placed another order!! Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
