Engine: Yamaha 25 hp Shopping experience: Parts lookup was easy and shipping came a day early. Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 2 to 4 hours Repair symptoms: would not stay idling and would not speed up Removed carbs and cleaned and put carb kits in both and replaced fuel pump diaphragm and gaskets.
