Engine: Yamaha 70 TLRS Shopping experience: I liked seeing the quantity of the parts in their inventory and the free shipping. I was updated by email as the part moved through the delivery process. Quick and accurate, all good! Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 30 to 60 mins Repair symptoms: difficulties with cold start Watched you tube video from Dangar Marine and gained understanding of prime start system. Testing of old part was inconclusive, decided to replace part anyway. Removed air box Unplugged blue wire and unscrewed black wire from block. Unscrewed two mounting screws that hold prime start to the side of second carb. Installed new part using reverse process. Be careful to not drop mounting screws into lower pan of cowl, they are difficult to retrieve.
