Engine: Yamaha 90 TLRA Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 2 to 4 hours Repair symptoms: Power Head Replacement Replaced Powerhead Due to a hole corroded through Cylinder #2 Water Jacket While I'm not a Outboard Mechanic I am a Master Certified Auto Technician Powerhead Replacement was not particulary hard it is time consuming all bolts came out with zero breakage I took many photos of how all components were attached during the removal process & it was a good aid on reassembling,I also elected to replace the Water Pump,Spark Plugs,Fuel Filter & some of the Oil Injection Hoses & Clamps,All Back Together & Starting the 10 hour break-in just as a new motor Double Oil for the 1st to Hours,I did call Crowley To Check on My Order Status & Person on The phone was knowledgeable & courtious & Providided requested info By e-Mail @ My request
