Drive Shaft Bushing 6G1-45316-09-00

Engine: 8hp Yamaha Shopping experience: I needed parts for a complete overhaul of a Yamaha 8hp foot. Everything had to be replaced excluding the reverse/forward gears. All the bushings, shafts/seals and 13t gear needed replacement. It was a lot of parts and for some reason I was unable to get the online store cart to work. So I called them and ordered each part. The customer service was excellent. Shipping was good also, only a couple weeks, which is very good nowadays! Shopping experience: We ordered 12 parts. When the package arrived, the parts list in box was accurate but one of the parts was not in there, and there were 2 of another part. Also, one was listed as two separate parts on the online diagram so we ordered them both but they were actually connected - which left us with another piece we need not have ordered. We called and the missing part was sent quickly and we returned the others in the box that came with a prepaid label. I took it to Fedex myself. Our Paypal account has since been credited and we were not charged a restocking fee - we also had ordered two more parts while on the phone with them and we were not charged any shipping fees.
