Great service. My only complaint is they are so far away from me
Engine: Yamaha outboard Shopping experience: The parts I ordered were out of stock so had to wait from manufacturer. Everything else was good, easy to find the parts I needed and shipped to Canada with $20 duty charge. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins

Shopping experience: Impressed a little. I was in Mexico cruising when my outboard need service. Parts are not available here. I asked the online chat if the parts actually ship international and how long it would take. 2-5 days he says. I was skeptical. He told me one part need to be shipped from another warehouse and it would delay shipment a free days. It took them a few days as he said. The parts shipped and arrived in 2 days. The level of service, availability of parts, honest people, and ease of use was exceptional for me. I have no complaints. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
