Engine: Mariner 4HP (Yamaha) Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 30 to 60 mins Repair symptoms: Shift lever stuck. Shift lever would not move after many hours soaking in WD40. Cut arm off with vibro cutter. Drilled out stuck shaft working up to 16mm to take replacement. Power head needs to be removed but not too difficult to do on the small OB motor.
