Shopping experience: I got my parts, it took over 6 months but they finally arrived. Not bad since Crowley couldn't get the parts as the pandemic had them held up. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins

Shopping experience: Excellent. Firstly, the web site is very user-friendly, and I was able to easily locate and select all the parts that I required for servicing of my 2009 Yamahas. Secondly, all the required parts were in stock. Thirdly, I made a request to ensure that all the parts shipped together -- Andy in customer service emailed me right away and made sure this happened. Finally, when the box arrived, all the parts were there, and all in good, new condition. I was very happy with the experience and will definitely continue to order from Crowley Marine. Thanks Andy and team! Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
