Engine: Yamaha 15hp Shopping experience: Quick and easy to navigate through parts. Excellent shipping and handling time. Thank You Guys Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 1 to 2 hours Repair symptoms: Water pump change and tuneup Removed lower unit, removed impeller housing, changed out old impeller for new one, changed baseplate, o-ring seal and re-install lower unit. Changed out both spark plugs, fuel filter, oil filter and oil. Changed lower unit oil!!! Motor is like new again.

Shopping experience: The initial impression was awful. Long delays in shipping with no information as to why. Long wait time's calling customer service, delayed email responses, never getting called back from my number in que were terrible starts. Eventually Sage took over my issue was very transparent with the issues, and extremely responsive to emails. He handled my issues directly and resolved them swiftly.
