Shopping experience: The initial impression was awful. Long delays in shipping with no information as to why. Long wait time's calling customer service, delayed email responses, never getting called back from my number in que were terrible starts. Eventually Sage took over my issue was very transparent with the issues, and extremely responsive to emails. He handled my issues directly and resolved them swiftly. If it had not been for his customer service exclusively i would not do business again. He did what he could to make everything right. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
