Shopping experience: I had a very good experience with Crowley Marine. I ordered a new stainless steel prop from Crowley and was told that the prop I needed was not in stock and would take 3 to 5 days to receive from the manufacturer and then be shipped from Crowley Marine. I was on my way to the lake in about a week where my boat is stored ( a five hour drive) and was really hoping to get the prop in before I left for the lake. I called Crowley support staff and asked about when they thought the prop might possibly arrive to me. They assured me they would do what they could to expedite matters, I actually received the new prop I ordered three days early and was able to take the new prop with me to the lake. Good service, timely service , good product and competitive price. I would not hesitate to do more business with Crowley Marine or recommend to a friend.
