Even when there was an expected delay, due to COVID-19 , they were Open about it and fully communicated it to me. Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 2 to 4 hours Repair symptoms: Used engine and I didn't know when the water pump had last been changed. It would have taken me less than an hour to replace the water pump. However I just couldn't get the lower unit reinstalled. The driveshaft would not reengage. I searched YouTube and found an individual who used a ratchet strap to help Convince the driveshaft to engage with the drive unit. That worked and I was able to reinstall the lower unit quickly there after
