not good. Did not advise me that 1 of the 4 parts was not in stock at time of order. The part in question was a standard 2" screw that can be found at any hardware store. I finally contacted them and got them to send me the 3 parts they did have in stock. Every time I emailed them they opened a new "ticket". The "ticket" never did say when the part would be in stock. I finally told them "enough with the ticket" nonsense and send what they did have is stock. The whole process took almost 2 weeks.

Engine: Yamaha 2002 TLRB 115HP Shopping experience: I had a little trouble finding the water pump for my motor but I was impressed with the number of parts for so many motors available to search. I wish there was a link to the water pump I purchased that would have instructed me to also purchase the compression collar that holds the impeller in place. Shipping was fast and overall an excellent experience. Thank you! Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 2 to 4 hours Repair symptoms: Replaced water pump I watched several you tube video's for instruction as this was my first water pump repair. I listed the level of difficulty as medium but had I known all the steps I would rate the repair as easy. This particular model and I might assume quite a few others has a compression collar that holds the impeller in place. I did not see this in any of the video's I watched. A trip to my local repair expert with lower unit in tow and for instruction to cut the collar off and with new replacement part in hand I was back at home to finish.
