Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins

Engine: 2004 Yahama 90 hp Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: More than 4 hours Repair symptoms: Overheating Replaced the head gasket and exhaust cover and cleaned out the saltwater scaling and corrosion. Also replaced the water pump housing and damper water seal. It was running at 230 degrees and now 140 degrees.
