Engine: 1985 Yamaha 40 hp Shopping experience: Customer service was great. They were able to find everything I needed to repair my older Yamaha, order and pay over the phone. I will definitely use you again. Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 2 to 4 hours Repair symptoms: No water coming from the motor while running. Removed lower unit and replaced all water pump parts. Replaced thermostat and gasket. Removed water jacket and exhaust plate. Found pieces of rubber throughout these areas. Cleaned and replaced all gaskets and reassembled. Running like new.
