Engine: Yamaha 25 hp Shopping experience: We called. Your salesperson was polite and knowledgeable. Everything went softly. I had ordered a lower unit for a 25 hp Yamaha. It was scheduled to be delivered June 11. It showed up over ten days ago. It is already installed and operational. The whole experience was excellent! Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 30 to 60 mins Repair symptoms: All bolts on original motor were corroded. We installed the lower unit. Pretty much straight forward.
