Shopping experience: I have two parts for my 1999 Yamaha. one was a rebuilt power head and so for I have had no problem. Second was a power tilt and trim because I just knew it was bad. When the mechanic check it out it only needed fluid. When I call in and told them I was stupid for ordering the part first. They told me to return it and I would get complete refund. I know if I need anything for my motor. I will always order from Crowley Marine. Thank you for your great service. I hope everyone with Crowley Marine have a Happy and Safe New Year.
