Engine: Yamaha 40 with tiller 1999 Shopping experience: Very good Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: Free wheeling of tiller Factory friction pads to adjust free wheeling in steering were removed from motor prior to my purchase. Able to find the parts and restore it to original.
