Engine: Suzuki DT15C Shopping experience: Excellent service. Kept in touch re shipping of items ordered. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: More than 4 hours Repair symptoms: Engine plate burnt through. Not able to replace plate so I have cut out centre of plate, fabricated a piece of aluminium plate to size. After grinding plate to get clean metal I have used JB Weld extreme Temperature cold welding solution to fix plate. Coat it with Extreme Temperature Ceramic paint to seal it. With new gaskets refitted plate, etc.
