Shopping experience: I ordered a hard-to find part for an old outboard motor from Crowley Marine which they ended up back-ordering for three months. From time to time I would contact them and always got a timely response. They did finally receive the part from the manufacturer and were able to ship it to me. If I could make one suggestion, it would be for Crowley not to remove outstanding orders from their automated order status after 60 days. Since my back order period was approximately 90 days, the order appeared to be deleted from the system after 60 days. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
