My experience with Crowley was beyond expectation. When I ordered my kill switch for my Yamaha outboard engine I was notified that it would ship within two or three days so I figured it would take a week to come from Colorado to Florida. I received it two days later. Wow! Both Crowley and the USPS outdid themselves.
I have sincerely enjoyed doing business with Crawley Marine. I love the diagrams that they use so you can ensure that you get the right part. In one case I failed to notice the model number on my Yamaha 8 hp kicker. I received the wrong tiller handle and was able to return it without any hassle and get the correct one. If I have a question about a part, they always get me to the right department and my questions or answered.
