Engine: Suzuki DF90A 2009MY Shopping experience: It was easy to find the part on Crowley's website, ordering and payment was easy to do as well. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: Engine cover latch broke needing replacement The latch would pop open sometimes due to a broken handle retention clip. Replacement was easy. Using a small open end wrench, remove the two bolts (don't drop them into the lower unit!). Latch pops out of recess. Insert new latch. Replace bolts tighten with wrench. (Do both as it is likely the second one is weakened.)
