Shopping experience: Took almost 3 months to receive parts. Communication should have been beyon both parties. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins

Shopping experience: Very dependable, but their shipping,when they have to get item from Japan,takes too long. Would be nice if they could have them ship directly from Japan to me in Hawaii instead of to them and then back to Hawaii, other companies do that and I receive the item about a month faster. Shipping cost is very good, when packaging together to ship Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
