Cancellation/Return Policy

 

Orders begin processing as soon as they are placed.  In some cases we can't stop or change your order once you place it.  There is a 20% restocking fee on all cancelled or returned items.  All returns must be made within 14 days of the date the item is delivered to you.  Returned items must be in new condition in original packaging for credit/refund.  Items that are returned in used condition will not be given a credit/refund.  Buyers are responsible for shipping costs related to returning the unwanted item.

 

Special order items are not returnable.
