It was the worst online experience I’ve ever had. Terrible. 1st I made my RUSH order for about 90 dollars in addition to the 22 dollars shipping for over night. Then I realized I forgot one 6 dollar part and had to order that, another 21 dollars for overnight. So, a total of 43 dollars shipping for 90 dollars of product. I emailed your people to inquire if you would combine them, No you wouldn’t even though the orders were just minutes apart. Then the parts did not come. It was memorial weekend so the boat that was promised to be ready, wasn’t because you failed to deliver even though you were paid. Then I get a couple of emails from you stating the parts will arrive in 5-7 days. So, I call you, wait on line in your Q for over 30 minutes, Franco answers and I can’t hear him as I wear hearing aids. So I call back wait about 5 minutes and give up. Then I reconsidered and called and waited an additional 25 minutes or so and hung up. I called my credit card company and disputed your charge. I got the boat motor fixed and delivered a week later than promised. Absolutely the worst ever. Your call tree proudly states Johnson motors has given you star ratings for service since the 80’s. I am considering writing them as well. I hope your company doesn’t claim they do good work for Veterans as well. As a disabled Vietnam era Vet, it would make me super mad if like Johnson motors you make theses false claims. As a result I wouldn’t recommend your company for anything.
