Engine: Yamaha 20hp 4 stroke Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 30 to 60 mins Repair symptoms: Engine didn't reach max revolutions Outboard did not reach max revolutions. The thermostate was wide open. Had to change it because the outboard was put on safe mode because all time thermoswitch was reading cold temperatures, and while switching new thermostate Insaw that anodes too need to change.
