Shopping experience: Quick, complete delivery Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
Engine: Yamaha 8hp Shopping experience: 100% satisfaction! The parts were easy to search for and find. The pricing may have not been the cheapest but fair. My parts shipped out right away and I had them sooner than expected. Keep in mind the parts I needed were in stock. Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: shift cam plate broke inside of handle, throttle handle split and rusted out The throttle handle was a little difficult. It's two pieces. So sliding the rubber grip over the actual handle can be challenging to say the least. I used a heat gun to get the rubber warm then some dish soap and water as a lubricant.
