Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
Engine: Yamaha 100 hp outboard Shopping experience: Awesome! Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 2 to 4 hours Repair symptoms: Power tilt/trim unit was leaking Removed unit from motor. Disimbled unit. Cleaned components. Ordered parts. Replaced worn seals. Reassembled. Tested and reinstalled on motor.
Engine: 2006 90hp Yamaha Shopping experience: Very pleased Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 1 to 2 hours Repair symptoms: Tilt seals First you have to have a special tool from marine tech tools if you're doing trim seals too you'll need a second one to get the caps off. I went to YouTube and put information on my brand, year and horsepower.
