Shopping experience: Customer service is great. Definitely no overseas customer service call centers. So far their online in stock inventory is accurate. They send out detailed package tracking information. They did screw my last order up by sending it somewhere else. But they did everything in their power to get the correct part to me as soon as possible. I will order my next replacement parts from them Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
