It was very good except that it showed a part in stock, and it took over 30 days to send the order. I would have liked to have the option to cancel that one part and have order sent or have the rest of the order sent and send the one item when it was re-stocked.

Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: No water pumping after Impeller replacement Replaced my impeller on my 06 f90tlr with parts from another company that claimed they were for my outboard. Turns out the metal cup that the impeller spins inside of, was a different size height wise. This caused an incomplete seal to the impeller base. The factory kit from Crowley marine had everything i needed to fix my issue and all the parts were correct and showed up in a very quick period of time. I am happy to have my boat back on the water thanks to Crowley, and will make future purchases with them.
