The thermostate was wide open. Had to change it because the outboard was put on safe mode because all time thermoswitch was reading cold temperatures, and while switching new thermostate Insaw that anodes too need to change. Now it works as new. Also nipple screw was broken, and replaced it with new so I can lubricate the ax
