Plate Washer 90201-31MA3-00

Awesome! Shipping was perfect and on- time! Customer service via phone was outstanding. Diagrams on website were an awesome help, I had no serial numbers, however the diagrams were extremely helpful in narrowing down my needs. Thank you, to all Crowley Marine employees.

Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins

Engine: Yamaha 9.9 high thrust Shopping experience: My recent experience with CM was ok but not great. Although the items I ordered were listed they were not in stock. The info provided indicated 5-6 days before availability for shipping. Well it was much longer. I understand these days it is difficult to get items delivered in a timely manner so I’m not too upset with CM. All my previous orders have gone smoothly with no delays. I will still order from CM as this was what I would assume a hiccup in the supply chain. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: Worn spacer and missing washer.

Shopping experience: Very handy website with the parts diagrams for my motors. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
