Shopping experience: Online shopping UI is great. Ordering and checking status is easy. I realize delays with warehouse issues recently, but would like to see a little more communication with things that are 3 weeks or more out for shipment. Orders that were in stock shipped promptly. Things not in stock state "ships in 3 to 5 days", but so far has taken over a month. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins

Engine: Yamaha 50 HP Jetdrive Shopping experience: it was a good experience with the parts that are on hand. it they are not takes a little to long to get Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: 1 to 2 hours Repair symptoms: rubbing of jet impellar Tilt motor up, take off shifting cable, remove 6 bolts that hold impeller guard, remove 7/8 inches nut, remove impeller, take off the 4 bolts that hold lower unit to upper housing and also take loose the bolt on top side rear and remove lower unit. Remove four bolts that hold the bearing holder in place then remove the snap ring and press out the bearing with all seals and rings. to install just reverse order
