Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 1 to 2 hours Repair symptoms: Flooding Fuel & Water Pump Removed Carburetors, cleaned and inspected. Completely stripped the Prime Start system and rebuilt with new gaskets and diaphram. Pulled lower unit and rebuilt water pump with OEM parts .
