Good experience with contacting the Crowley support, they answered questions addressed concerns and was forward and honest. I would purchase from them again when my machines need parts or support. The online parts images are a good tool for anyone not sure where there part fits, as we all do not have perfect memories on how I took it apart, so going back to there parts diagrams its another indirect support for those of us not having a manual.
