Shopping experience: All parts fit. Fast shipping. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins

Engine: 2007 F150 Yamaha outboard Shopping experience: I ordered 6 items which took approximately 2wks to receive. I was updated during the process which I’m grateful for. When I did my inventory of items I found that I did not receive all. Only one was missing in shipment. I immediately called the customer service and reported it. A very pleasant friendly call ended with apology and an overnight shipment of missing item. I would definitely use this business again rating them with 4 stars for not shipping soon after items were ordered and I also rate their customer service with 5 stars Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins Routine preventive maintenance
