Engine: YAMAHA FT 9.9 DE year 2005. Shopping experience: Perfect, if we count Crowley Marine. Mr. Andy Nasser gave me prompt, precise and all details and advices I've needed. The only problem is FEDEX partner in Croatia (IN -Time d.o.o.). If I took cheaper transport, without tracking nr., package would probably passed customs and forwarder without any additional costs. But I wanted economy way to have tracking nr. and it has come really fast (5 days to Zagreb). I've ordered 50 USD spare parts, paid another 30 USD for transport. Additional 20 USD for VAT, another 30 USD for IN TIME service and 6 USD for BANK GUARANTEE. It is not a problem for those 6 USD, but I've paid all costs in advance.Why do I have to pay their bank insurance, if they don't have any risk (I've paid in advance). It is classic "robbery". Although I've paid much more than I've paid for parts in Croatia, I'm very satisfied with Crowley Marine, but I think that I'll try cheapest way of delivery to try to avoid "parasites" as it is IN TIME.
