Overall my experience was good; I had 2 separate orders. After not seeing any shipment information for a week I called. The gentleman was helpful and courteous; one shipment went out the next day but the other order was delayed due to parts not in stock. Suzuki had to ship the parts to Crowley's. Ordered the parts October 27 and didn't receive them till November 17, which stopped me from completing the project as expected. All the parts were OEM and exactly what I ordered. I will be ordering more from Crowley's pretty soon.
