TRIM AND TILT SWITCH
1) To see that there is continuity, push the switch.

2) Check rubber seal.
Replace the seal if it has any damage.
INSTALLATION
FLYWHEEL MAGNETO
1) Install the magneto base on to the retainer-plate.
2) Install the flywheel rotor on the crankshaft so that the woodruff key fits in the keyways in the crankshaft and flywheel rotor.
3) Lock the flywheel rotor with the washer and nut to the specified torque.
Flywheel nut: 110 Nm (11 m.kg, 80 ft.lb)
4) Install the starter pully on the flywheel rotor.
5) Install the recoil starter or the flywheel cover.
